REQUEST A QUOTE | Use the form to submit a quote request. We will respond to your request shortly.
LAWN MEASUREMENT | Your lawn will be measured online using the Auditor's website and Google maps. In some instances we are not able to measure a property online and will need to measure the lawn on-site. Once your lawn is measured, your quote will be promptly sent to you via email. If you would prefer to have your quote mailed to you, please indicate under the Comments section.
SCHEDULE YOUR SERVICES
EMAIL | Send us your completed contract as an email attachment. Instructions are included on the form.
MAIL | Print out your completed contract and send it to us in the mail.
CONFIRMATION | As soon as we receive your completed contract we will email you a confirmation of services, and add you to our lawncare route. We are happy to add new clients throughout the season at anytime.
DETAILS
PAYMENT | You have several options for paying invoices. To pay via check, we can either email or mail your invoices. To pay via credit card, we will send your invoices online through Quickbooks. You can then follow the link to pay with your ACH or any major credit card. Please indicate your choice on your contract.
1-DAY NOTICE | If you need a one day email notice before treatments, please indicate that on your contract. This is a good option if you have a locked gate or outdoor pets. Please indicate your choice on your contract.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL | Your lawncare services will automatically be renewed each year (excludes Overseeding, Aeration, Soil Amendments, and Soil Testing). If you would like to alter or cancel services, please reach out to our office by the end of February.
